1. Acceptance of the terms
By registering an account you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and its security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Everything done under your account is treated as your own action.
3. The content you upload
You remain the owner of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely in order to provide this service.
4. Accuracy of lineage records
NASAB provides the tools for recording a family tree. The accuracy of the information is the family's responsibility. This system is not a legal verification for an inheritance or faraid claim.
5. The family marketplace
The marketplace connects buyers to sellers. We take no commission, do not process payments, and are not a party to any transaction between members.
6. Termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, including the posting of unlawful content or misuse of the system.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email.
