How much does a digital family tree system cost?
NASAB is free for small families with 10 MB of storage, no credit card and no trial period. Paid plans start at the prices shown above and add storage, member numbers and premium features such as family tree book exports. You can upgrade or cancel at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Access lasts until the current subscription end date, then the account drops to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — the parts of the family tree and the files beyond the Free plan's limits are hidden, not removed, and come back in full when you subscribe again.
What happens when my storage is full?
New uploads are rejected until you delete old files or upgrade the plan. Existing data is neither deleted nor blocked. The storage quota belongs to each account, so files uploaded by other members of the same family do not reduce your remaining space.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Internet banking (FPX), credit and debit cards, and the major Malaysian e-wallets. Families in Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and Thailand pay by international credit or debit card. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are converted by your bank.
