Under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, this notice explains how your personal data is processed by Nasab Asia Sdn. Bhd.
The data processed
Name, email address, phone number, identity card number, date of birth, photographs and the family details you record.
Purpose of processing
- Providing the family tree system service
- Confirming identity and controlling access
- Sending notifications about your family
- Maintaining security and audit logs
Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law, or to infrastructure providers bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to sokongan@nasab.asia.
